Because our products are digital downloads, they are delivered instantly and therefore non-refundable once purchased. Please read the details below before completing your order.

Digital Product Policy

All eBooks, planners, and printable downloads are delivered electronically.
As these items cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your purchase is complete.

If you experience any issues accessing your files or notice an error in your order (such as receiving the wrong product), please reach out to us within 7 days of purchase at: hello@prettyplansco.com
We’ll ensure the correct files are sent to you as quickly as possible.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued in exceptional cases, such as:

• Duplicate transactions

• Technical issues preventing file access (verified by our support team)

• System errors on our part
